Procedures<\/b><\/h4>\n<h5 data-path-to-node=\"14\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">5.1 Replacement<\/b><\/h5>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"15\">\n<li>\n<p id=\"p-rc_1fb162353b46df8f-31\" data-path-to-node=\"15,0,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"15,0,0,1\"><span class=\"citation-159\">The customer is entitled to request a kit replacement within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt in cases including receipt of a damaged product during shipping, receipt of an incorrect product, an operational error by Delta Laboratories, incomplete kit contents, or a manufacturing defect<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"15,0,0,3\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p id=\"p-rc_1fb162353b46df8f-32\" data-path-to-node=\"15,1,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"15,1,0,1\"><span class=\"citation-158\">For the request to be accepted, the product must be unused, with proof of purchase submitted along with clear photos showing the product condition and the issue reported<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"15,1,0,3\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"15,1,0,5\"><span class=\"citation-157\">The request is received through the Complaints Department and then referred to the relevant Product Manager for review and decision<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"15,1,0,7\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p id=\"p-rc_1fb162353b46df8f-33\" data-path-to-node=\"15,2,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"15,2,0,1\"><span class=\"citation-156\">If approved, the kit shall be sent back using the return shipping label enclosed with the kit. Once received and inspected, a matching replacement kit will be sent using a new shipping label, and the customer will be updated on the request status and progress<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"15,2,0,3\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 data-path-to-node=\"16\"><b data-path-to-node=\"16\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">5.2 Return<\/b><\/h5>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"17\">\n<li>\n<p id=\"p-rc_1fb162353b46df8f-34\" data-path-to-node=\"17,0,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"17,0,0,1\"><span class=\"citation-155\">The customer is entitled to request a kit return within seven (7) days from the date of receipt, based on customer preference, provided the product meets the approved return conditions<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"17,0,0,3\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p id=\"p-rc_1fb162353b46df8f-35\" data-path-to-node=\"17,1,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"17,1,0,1\"><span class=\"citation-154\">For the request to be accepted, the product must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging with all contents intact, with proof of purchase submitted. The product must not show signs of improper storage or damage, and its condition must be verifiable upon receipt<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"17,1,0,3\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p id=\"p-rc_1fb162353b46df8f-36\" data-path-to-node=\"17,2,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"17,2,0,1\"><span class=\"citation-153\">The request is received through Customer Service and then escalated to the Product Manager for review and approval<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"17,2,0,3\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"17,2,0,5\"><span class=\"citation-152\">If approved, the kit shall be sent back using the return shipping label enclosed with the kit.
